Based on the lecture, Webtext materials and outside research done on a specific developing country, address the following:
Please investigate the distribution of foreign aid funds in a specific developing country and report the discrepancies or issues that have arisen from the distribution. Consider these questions – Have there been any formal accusations concerning the distribution of funds? Do the discrepancies point to some form of governmental corruption or these discrepancies point to some serious ineffectiveness in government? Could it be a combination of both?
