Individual Reflection Paper: After your group has completedyour team charter, each person inyour group will then write a 2-3 page reflection paper (not counting cover andreference pages) discussing: (a) what you learned from working on developingthe team charter; (b) your thoughts on how the process worked within your group;and (c) the advantages and disadvantages of using this process to create teamcharters. The paper should cite thesources your team used to develop the charter and any additional sources youused to write your individual paper. UseAPA style for all citations, quotations, and references. Your paper should be double spaced, with oneinch margins and a font size of 11 points or larger. Upload your paper to your assignment folder.
