I need help completing the attached assignment on process mapping of a quality improvement assignment. Some of the specific quality improvement initiative that comes to mind are: reducing fall among patients, or reducing medication errors on a hospital unit. I am leaning more towards ‘reducing patient falls’. Please follow the attached instructions and rubric to make sure all criteria has been met.
